About Course
This course provides employees and supervisors with an overview of California’s Workplace Violence Prevention requirements under Cal/OSHA regulations. Participants will learn how to recognize workplace violence hazards, understand reporting and response procedures, and apply prevention strategies to reduce risk. The training covers the elements of an effective Workplace Violence Prevention Plan (WVPP), including hazard assessment, incident investigation, and employee involvement. Upon completion, participants will be better prepared to promote a safer work environment and comply with Cal/OSHA workplace violence prevention standards.
